  1. I banned myself, how do I unban myself?
    Go to console, type:
    rcon_address IP_Address
    rcon_password PASS
    rcon_port PORT(default 27015)
    rcon removeid WONID

  2. My server appears to be laggy, what should I do?
    If you personally are lagging, make sure your rate is set to 9999 on a broadband connection (just type rate 9999 in console). If the whole server appears to be lagging for a long period of time please perform a traceroute of your IP and email a copy to us. To do this, go to a dos prompt, type tracert IP_Address, copy the results, and Contact us immediately.

  3. I have a question that is not in the F.A.Q.!
    The F.A.Q. will expand as common problems get reported, so that it will eventually be able to solve all your needs. Right now just Contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
